Return & Exchange Policy

We get it - sometimes things just don't work out, and that's okay! Shopping should always be fun (even the returns part). 

Here's how it works:

  • 30-Day Window - You've got 30 days from the shipping date to request a return. 
  • Restocking Fee - An $8 restocking fee will be deducted from all returns to cover return shipping costs.
  • Final Sale - The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: swimwear, hats, accessories, bags, grab bags, and all sale/discounted items.
  • Condition Check - Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with tags still attached.
  • Easy Peasy Process - To start a return, you can start a return request on your online CJ+Co account or simply email us at cjcoboutique@gmail.com. Our team will send you a pre-paid return label so you can ship it back hassle-free. Once your return hits our mailbox, please allow 7-10 business days while we process your refund. 
  • Exchanges - Love it, but need a different size? We've got you! Exchanges can also be requested within 30 days of the shipping date. We offer one size exchange per order. Exchanges are processed as a new transaction to ensure fastest shipping. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the shipping cost from your exchange order. Once we receive your item back safe and sound, we'll process your refund!
  • Canada Orders - All sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. Please note that any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

We want your order to arrive looking fabulous, but if it's anything less than perfect, we've got your back! 

  • Spot an Issue? - If your item shows up damaged or not quite right, just reach out to us at cjcoboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Quick Fix - Please include a photo of the damage when you email us! 
  • No Extra Cost - If the mishap was on our end, we'll make it right - no restocking fee, no hassle!

Final Sale Items 

Sale, discounted items, gift cards, swimwear, hats, accessories, bags, and grab bags are Final Sale. This also means they can't be returned or exchanged!
